TVM for Windows Current Speaker Application

The Current Speaker Application displays the picture ofthe person who has the floor in a Multimedia Teleconference. This is often the person speaking on the audio conference call. The conference moderator or instructor controls who has the floor and will recognize participants and give them the floor if they raise their hand electronically.

Pictures are stored in Windows Bitmap .BMP files in a sub directory called "People".
The Conference Gateway communicates with the Current Speaker application using Windows Dynamic Data Exchange messages.
